What is Orlando Arts Getaways?


Orlando Arts Getaways is a service of the Red Chair Project, a collaborative project representing over 360 arts and culture organizations, venues, events, classes/workshops, and ticketing box office. Orlando Arts Getaways conveniently packages cultural events with hotel stays and dining experiences at discounted rates. Individual packages are available for purchase online. Event + Dining Experience
 These packages pair cultural events with upscale dining experiences at local restaurants. Many of these packages include an event ticket, meal, tax and tip for less than the price of a single ticket.

Event + Dining + Hotel Experience
These packages pair cultural events with upscale dining experiences at local restaurants and hotel stays. Many of these packages include an event ticket, meal, tax, tip and overnight stay in a hotel.

Our sales team will be happy to work with you to create a custom package to fit your travel needs, or view and purchase one of our pre packaged experiences.

Is there a way to add transportation to my package?


Yes! Orlando Arts Getaways works with transportation partners to make it convenient for you to travel to each cultural destination. Our sales team will be happy to work with you to find the best options available for your group.

Orlando Arts Getaways packages make it easy for you to plan an evening out for you, a friend, a couple or a group. Unwind with a Getaways packages that pairs cultural events, local restaurants and hotels at discounted rates. Packages are available with and without hotels for your convenience. This is your ticket to arts and culture in Orlando.

What is Red Chair Project?


The Red Chair Project is a public service designed to increase arts and cultural participation in Central Florida by building awareness. RedChairProject.com is a collaborative website with more than 300 arts and culture organizations, venues, events, classes/workshops, and tickets. RedChairProject.com is your ticket to arts and culture in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia counties.

What payment options are available?


When booking an experience 50% deposit is due upon the signing of agreement. The remaining balance and total number of people attending is due 7 days prior to the event.
We accept the following credit cards:

If you book a group less than 7 days prior to the event date, the entire payment is due upon the signing of agreement.

Is OAG's payment site secure?


Yes! Orlando Art's Getaway's utilizes Tix.com for all ticketing needs. Tix.com is a leading provider of box office software and online ticket sales and services for entertainment and sporting events. We use authorize.net as our secure internet bridge between Tix.com and your credit card. We are also happy to arrange a payment by check for your groups and/or tours.

The Red Chair Project and Orlando Arts Getaways is managed by the Arts & Cultural Alliance of Central Florida. Orlando Arts Getaways is funded in part by Orange County Government through the Arts & Cultural Affairs Cultural Tourism Program and United Arts of Central Florida.
